Your date is booked once these two actions are completed. A 50% non-refundable deposit if the booking fee and a signed rental agreement. 4 days prior to your event date, the remaining balance of the booking fee, and the $90 security deposit (refundable if there are no incidentals or damages) is required

No, all events are to end at midnight including clean up.

At Forward Events, we firmly believe in giving you the freedom to select all of your own vendors, if that is convenient for you. We do have a list of preferred vendors available, but you are not limited to those vendors.

Yes, you can provide alcohol for your guests by two ways. Any alcohol being served requires a TABC and insured mobile bartender. Or a separate one-day event insurance policy must be provided 4 days prior to the event date. The alcohol is not to be sold. The is no need for the insurance policy/mobile bartender when there is no alcohol at your event.

There is a strict no smoking policy inside Forward Events

Candles are welcome at Forward Events but they must be in protective glass, such as a votive. Open flames are strictly prohibited.

All hours must be consecutive. If you feel you need more time, additional hours may be purchased at $80.00 per hour.

No, unfortunately Forward Events has limited storage space and we cannot be held responsible for items left in the venue. All items are to arrive when you or your vendors arrive and are to be taken off the property when your event comes to an end.

No, we do not allow onsite cooking
